The best way to avoid that is to keep your history clear, so that any items that still appear need investigating.

Nzbget is extracting RAR files. I have previously downloaded them. The first time it happened I cleaned out everything and enabled debug and went again to capture the issue. I just created a new catagory, cleaned out all history from Nzbget and readded all the nzbs from scratch.
